Curriculum

As a specialist sports college, the school operates a house system using past Olympic venues as house names, Athens, Atlanta, Barcelona, Beijing and Sydney.  Each member of staff and every student belong to a house team. 

The curriculum structure is also split into five areas - 

Creative World which encompasses Humanities and Expressive Arts.

Active Citizens which includes Physical Education with Learning for Life.

Culture Language and Communications - English, and Modern Foreign Languages

Maths, Enterprise and Innovation covering Maths, ICT and Business Studies

Exploration and Innovation that incorporates Science and Technology
